(New York, NY) December 1, 2025 \u2014 As it wraps up its 50th-anniversary celebration, <\/span>Armitron<\/span><\/a>, the beloved American watch brand known for timeless style and purpose-driven values, is proud to announce the donation of 50 watches to <\/span>The Jed Foundation (JED)<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>a nonprofit that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for our nation\u2019s teens and young adults.<\/span>

\n<\/span>As part of Armitron\u2019s year-long initiative to support organizations aligned with its core pillars \u2014 kindness, wellness, sustainability, and women\u2019s empowerment \u2014 this donation reflects the importance of mental wellness and the power of time in healing, growing, and seeking help. <\/span>The watches will support JED\u2019s ongoing efforts to help schools support the mental health of their students.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u201cJED\u2019s mission to support young people through some of life\u2019s toughest moments is incredibly important,\u201d said Bobbie Weichselbaum, CEO of E. Gluck Corporation. \u201cThese watches are a small but meaningful way to remind people they\u2019re not alone, and that better days lie ahead.\u201d<\/span>

\n<\/span>Through education, school partnerships, and systemic advocacy, JED has worked with more than 550 colleges, 150 high schools, and 20 school districts representing over 400 schools. By providing technical assistance that is grounded in their <\/span>Comprehensive Approach to Mental Health Promotion and Suicide Prevention<\/span>, <\/span><\/a>these efforts collectively reach more than 7 million students nationwide and help equip with them\u00a0 tools to manage mental health, seek help, and foster connected communities.<\/span>

\n<\/span>\u201cThis donation from Armitron is more than a gift \u2014 it\u2019s a timely messaging highlighting the priority of youth mental health and suicide prevention,\u201d said Adee Shepen, JED\u2019s chief growth officer. \u201cWe\u2019re grateful for their support in helping young people find hope, resilience, and strength.\u201d<\/span>
